1. Q: Is computer needed when R100 records phone call's voice?
    A: No. R100 can records without computer's support, powered by power adapter.
 
2. Q: How long can R100 records?
    A: It depends on the memory size of the SD card which is pluged in R100. It can store 35 hours voice data every 1G bytes memory. The higher memory size, the more hours voice data stored.
 
3. Q: How to play record file?
    A: Connects R100 to computer by USB line, and double click the target wav file in the newly-appear disk. So Wav Player in your OS will pop up and play the wav file.
